What are the advantages that NESTs an NNESTs have?

Well, there are some advantages that can define what a NEST or NNEST is, in our society we deal with the problem that NESTs have a better opportunity to get a job than NNESTs.

As we know, some times NNESTs are more capacitated to develop a job in a EFL enviroment, because NNESTs are concerned taht a languge is not enough to face people in this century. Some people believe that English belongs to native speakers, but as we studied English, and I´m in agreement wtih this, English belongs who speaks it, whether native or non-native.

Should only native speakers teach ESL?

In my opinion, it´s good that native speakers teach ESL but, non-native speakers ought to have the same oportunity to teach ESL as native speakers do.

Of course, those non-native speakers must have a high degree of English because almost nobody has the enough capacity to teach ESL and mostly if you are from a country where English is not your mother tounge or, even worst, your second language.

1- Do you consider language as a miracle?
Yes, since we are not able to speak when we were born, we dont know how we learned to speaking. According what we think we consider language as a miracle because if you ask someone how she or her leard to speaking, he/she cannot answer, that is way in our point of view language is a miracle.

2- How do you define it?
Language is defined as one of the differente ways of communication in a certain region. People use language in order to transmit a message and it is an important fact that takes place in every single person around the whole world.

3- How did yoy learn how to speak?
We learn how to speak English studying English courses some years, practicing our pronunciation and the most important grammatically structures. That is way we got the choice to learn a different language; however, in our case English as a foreing language.

4- How are you learning to speak English?
Well, we are learning English practicing every single day. One of the most important things that we are learning is the correct pronunciation of the American English, another important thing is try to listen to English music and watch English channles in the television.

5- If your learning proper, if not what is wrong?
Well we think that our learning is proper because we want to be succesful students in our career, and we want to be also good bilangual and excellent professionals, that`s way we are able to face all the adversities that we`ll find on the road.
